Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our prestigious marriage hall. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient operations, and overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our marriage hall venue

Manage and coordinate all aspects of operations within the marriage hall venue, including staffing, scheduling, and logistics.

Oversee event setup, ensuring that venue is prepared according to client specifications and company standards.

Supervise event staff, including event coordinators, waitstaff, and maintenance personnel, to ensure smooth event execution and exceptional service delivery.

Collaborate with team and understand client requirements and ensure that all events are planned and executed flawlessly.

Conduct regular inspections of marriage hall to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.

Address any issues or concerns that arise during events, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment as needed.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.

Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership and support to the operations team and promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and supervise a diverse team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and event management software preferred.

Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
