Timing Afternoon Shift: pm to pm - Sat & Sun Off

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to lead software development projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver software projects from initiation to release.

Define project scope, timelines, and resource needs.

Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.

Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros).

Track progress, risks, issues, and project performance metrics.

Ensure quality standards and successful deployment of deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

+ years of project management experience in a software development environment.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.

Nice-to-Have:

Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).

Experience in software houses, digital agencies, or tech startups.
