Timing: pm to am Night Shift - Sat & Sun Off

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, documentation, and communication between clients and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and simple process flows.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure requirement alignment.

Help maintain project documentation and track requirement changes.

Conduct basic research and support QA in validating delivered features.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq).

Experience from internships or academic IT/BA projects.
