Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lahore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to support daily business operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth workflow execution. The ideal candidate will assist senior management in operational planning, team coordination, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations

Monitor team performance and operational KPIs

Support workforce scheduling, shift management, and attendance

Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures

Identify operational issues and help propose solutions

Prepare reports related to operations, productivity, and performance

Support client coordination and internal communication

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

– years of experience in operations or management support role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication and leadership abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a software house, BPO, or US-based operations

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or project management tools

Ability to work in evening or US shifts

Shift Timing:

Mon to Sat : pm to am
