Description

Rainsoft Financials (Pvt.) Limited is seeking to hire talented, passionate, and results-oriented Lead Software Architect / Engineerwho has experience in successful management & delivery of various technical products & leading software development team. He/she will drive the development of product initiative & develop the future product strategy.

Candidate Must Have: 

• At least years of experience in software architect & engineering by leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on deadlines 
• Successfully delivered at least large sized products during his/her previous experience
• Develop reports, expand product vision & lead daily meetings Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Lead development & delivery of products & regularly communicate with the management
• Extensive hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, software architecture & engineering
• Develop & manage current & future product strategies consistent with organizational vision
• Work with top management to create & manage long-term product plans and roadmaps
• Develop reports, expand product vision & lead daily meetings
• Able to work closely with business stakeholders, product management, and software development team to deliver features to clients
• Ability to work complicated instruments, think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and handle changing priorities
• Ability to effectively communicate with the management & technical team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
