Description

Job summary/objective:

To provide support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through effective research and development.
Responsibilities & duties:
Research, track, maintain and update lead generation database
Familiar with online data scrapping tools
Familiar with the market research process and online business development tools
Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace.
Should be able to work on weekly and monthly lead targets and KPIs.
Proven track record of lead generation/business development.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Responsible for producing reports to show productivity.
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Skills/attributes required:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with research and maintaining databases
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in using CRM
Strong project and time management skills
Experience working with Western companies (preferred)
Night Shift between pm- am
Qualifications / experience required:
Bachelor’s degree
Freshly Graduate (Experienced will be preferred)

The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require support, building, pipeline, business, research, development, lead generation, database, online, data, tools, market research, process, business development, awareness, current, lead, pressure, productivity, management, order, sales, communication skills, verbal, ms office, word, excel, outlook, project, time management, night shift mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
