Responsibilities
• identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
• develop effective induction programmes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
• produce training materials for in-house courses
• manage the delivery of training and development programmes
• help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
• research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
• conducting job evaluation surveys
• compiling and presenting information
• supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes

The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require training, development, business, induction, learning, evaluation, monitoring, communication, ideas, team, planning mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 18k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
