We are looking for an HR Assistant / HR Officer / HR Executive
Will be overseeing and managing the following duties:
Updating and developing Payroll
Updating and developing Provident Fund
Updating and developing EOBI
Updating and developing Social Security
Updating Employees Personal Files
Employee relations by addressing issues such as grievances, demands or any other
Managing a performance assessment system to get high performance results
Updating, Analyzing, and developing the organization’s pay plan and benefits program
Recommending, revising, and developing personnel policies
Assessing timely training needs for the employees and monitoring such programs
Attendance Updation of biometric devices and management of data.
Job Specification
Traders De Pak is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of HR Officer in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Sialkot - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bba hrm qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require payroll, provident fund, employee relations, policies, attendance, erp mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
