Description

NICON Group of Colleges is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Manager to work with us . The selected professional will be responsible for managing core HR functions and supporting faculty and administrative staff across our institutions.

This role requires someone who can work independently, handle HR operations professionally, and help maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities:
-Manage recruitment and onboarding of faculty and administrative staff
-Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
-Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
-Handle employee relations, performance management, and attendance
-Advise management on HR matters and workforce planning
-Support staff engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
