Description
We are looking for a HR Officer to join our friendly and talented Technology team.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Address employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner, striving to maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement levels, implementing strategies to foster a supportive workplace culture.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback from managers, developing relevant training materials and resources.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Process employee documentation such as contracts, agreements, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage HR databases and systems, generating reports and analytics as needed.
