Company Description
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for property promotions, social media campaigns, client presentations, and real estate events.
- Create engaging visual content that highlights property features, interior designs, and lifestyle visuals around Bahria Town Karachi.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos and walkthroughs.
- Add appropriate background music, voiceovers, graphics, text overlays, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Manage and organize all video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow and backup system.
- Optimize video formats for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and company websites.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate marketing trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field
- (Masters preferred).
- + years of experience in video editing, content creation, or real estate media production.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the real estate, architecture, or construction industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, color grading, motion graphics, and sound editing.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video editing work (real estate content preferred).
- Familiarity with drone footage editing and property walkthrough videos is a plus.
- Preference: Candidates residing in or near Bahria Town Karachi will be strongly preferred.
