Description

Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customer and the respective client. Provides assistance via Chat and/or Email to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. Escalate to relevant team internally and/or externally.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate & graduates/o-level/a-level qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require liaison, customer, assistance, chat, email, query, customer service, solutions, communication, verbal, ms office, excel mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 18k to 15k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
