Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The role involves scheduling and dispatching trucks for deliveries in the US, maintaining communication with drivers, and negotiating rates with brokers and shippers.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch trucks and coordinate pickups/deliveries across the US.
Communicate with drivers and resolve transit issues.
Negotiate competitive rates with brokers and shippers.
Monitor load boards and secure shipments efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
At least year of experience in truck dispatching (US market preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with load boards and dispatch software.
Ability to commute to Bahria Town, Lahore.
Flexibility to work US time zones.
