Description

Fathom International, US based service provider BPO is looking for Customer Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting daily targets for its Lahore office. It is a USA based call center, Auto Insurance Campaign (Timing: : pm – : am). Training will be provided.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the tele sales marketing in which you have to generate demand for sales through cold calling; make multiple outbound calls to customers. Previous experience in a sales/lead generation role is an advantage.

Find interested or potential customers or develop interest in customers than collect contact information of interested customers for sales department. Your basic task is to collect the contact information of interested customers and send it to sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Generating leads

• Meeting or exceeding leads targets.

• Maintaining client records.

• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts.

• Cold calling

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates.

• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in sales/Lead generation

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Proven Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-motivated.

• Excellent analytical and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
