Description

We are seeking an Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive , you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of goods, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient truck operations. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service and support to our clients while ensuring timely and accurate dispatching of trucks.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.

Dispatch trucks to appropriate locations based on customer requests and operational requirements.

Monitor truck locations and communicate updates to customers as needed.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.

Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns regarding deliveries or truck operations.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including truck status, delivery times, and customer interactions.

Collaborate with other team members to optimize routes and ensure efficient truck utilization.

Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant transportation laws and guidelines.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations.

Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS tracking systems.

Knowledge of trucking regulations, safety protocols, and DOT compliance.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Additional relevant certifications or training in logistics or dispatching is a plus.
