Job Title: Cold Calling Team Manager (Remote - Full-Time)

About the Role

We are hiring a Cold Calling Team Manager to lead and scale a remote team of cold callers. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of cold calling agents. Your goal will be to ensure your team performs consistently, follows company standards, and contributes to reaching our outreach and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard skilled cold callers for the remote sales team

Manage daily operations of the cold calling team, including shift schedules and performance tracking

Set goals, monitor KPIs, and provide feedback to help team members improve their calling techniques

Maintain attendance records, daily reports, and call summaries

Use tools like Google Sheets, Zoom, CRM systems, and VoIP platforms to oversee team operations

Ensure all team members follow company policies and represent the brand professionally

Keep the team motivated, engaged, and focused on delivering results

Communicate regularly with company management to report progress, challenges, and improvements

Working Hours:

UK Business Hours: Monday to Friday

Additional -hour shift on Saturdays

Flexibility may be required depending on business needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, sales management, or team leadership
