About the Role

Rozi Academy is looking for a confident, results-driven US Cold Caller to join our growing sales team. If you're fluent in English, love building rapport with people, and thrive on hitting targets, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects and generate qualified leads

* Build strong relationships, handle objections, and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team

* Follow up via calls, email, and SMS; keep CRM records accurate and up to date

* Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements

* – years of US cold calling / outbound sales experience

* Fluent, clear English communication and strong negotiation skills

* CRM experience, high self-motivation, and solid time management

* Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup

Nice to Have

* Prior experience with US clients, appointment setting, and sales pipelines

Rozi Academy is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Cold Caller in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Remote - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require cold, caller, sales, fluent, building, people, make, outbound, calls, build, schedule, email, cold calling, outbound sales, communication, negotiation skills, solid, time management, internet, professional, setting mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 65k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
