Qualifications
- Less than years in a customer service position / Call center experience
- Basic understanding of windows base systems
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong literary comprehension capability
- Reliable transportation to and from the call center
- Capable of staying focused and tuning out outside distractions
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Utilize company equipment to facilitate calls
- Interact with all customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Follow all prompts from call management system to provide the appropriate service
- Handle all issues in accordance with best practices
- When necessary involve senior management
- Follow all prompts and scripts to the letter with no deviation
- Understand and adhere to all rules of conduct

The ideal candidate should have intermediate, undergraduate, graduate. qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require international sales, make, lead, communication skills, native, american, accent, representative, internet, performance, industry, capital, area, rating, hiring, call center, dedicated, customer service, basic, windows, base, verbal communication, transportation, tuning, equipment, calls, management, system, service, senior management, scripts, deviation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 15k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
