This is a full-time Call Center Representative role at MSS LOGISTICS SOL located in Lahore. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing information about MSS Logistics services. You will communicate with customers through several channels including calls, emails, and chats to help resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

MSS Logistics SOL is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Call Center Associate in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require call center, representative, logistics, handling, customer, complaints, providing, calls, professional, communication, interpersonal skills, customer service, spoken english, computer skills, microsoft, office, data entry, school, diploma, night shift, bonus, incentives mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 35k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
