Call Center Agents/Sales Executives: We are currently looking for energetic and passionate call center representatives to join our team, candidates with prior experience in the DME Campaign Females are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibility:
• Responsible to manage and take calls professionally and confidently.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different customers and responding to calls.
• Manage outbound calls promptly.
• Identify the customer needs on call, and seize the opportunity to upsell the DME Service with clear information.
Job Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have a good accent.
• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus
• The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

This is a Full-Time evening shift job.
