Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales and Marketing Intern** to support our team in driving business growth and brand awareness. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales strategies, digital marketing, customer engagement, and market research. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and outreach.

- Help manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and update customer databases.

- Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations (shadowing sales reps).

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Support in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

Marketing Support:

- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, etc.).

- Help develop engaging content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights).

- Support event planning and promotional activities (trade shows, webinars, etc.).

- Collaborate with the design team on marketing materials (brochures, ads, graphics).

Qualifications & Skills:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Marketing, Business, Communications**, or a related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva) is a plus.

- Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.
