Description

• The following accomplishments/activities can be performed at the site by highly skilled Cable Jointer.

• Should fully aware of Fiber Optic cable construction and types of fiber optic cables are being used in the Telecom Field.

• On hand experience in preparation of Fiber Optic cable for inserting into the Joint Closures.

• To understand the Single or Lose Tube and Ribbons Fiber Optic cable and main differences construction-wise.

• Operating Techniques awareness for all types of Splicing machines, Single Fusion Splicer & as well as Ribbons Fiber Fusion Machines.

• Knowledge for Fiber Optic cable Color codding and Fiber counting sequence mindfulness.

• GPON basic element awareness from OLT to ONTs.

• Migration from Outdoor FDH to Underground FDH, data collection/awareness.

• Fully aware of Jointing Techniques and familiar with attenuation dB Losses acceptable ranges.

• Sufficient knowledge is required for handling Test Equipment’s (OTDR, Power Meter, Light Source. Visual Fault Locator)

The ideal candidate should have diploma qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require site, fiber, construction, cables, telecom, field, preparation, operating, awareness, splicing, fusion, gpon, basic, migration, underground, data collection, handling, otdr, power meter, source, visual mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 5k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
