Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Outlet Branch Manager to lead our dynamic team. As the key driver of success, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and developing the team, while your strategic mindset will drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a skilled and customer-focused workforce.

Manage inventory levels, implement merchandising strategies, and ensure the store's visual appeal.

Monitor and control operational expenses within budgetary constraints.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and local initiatives.

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and implement security measures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Retail Branch Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (preferred).
