Description

• Schedule M.D’s Meeting & Appointment

• Answer calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Draft letters and other documents
• Create & distribute meeting Agenda & Minutes
• Handle confidential Document & its proper filling
• Maintain record of M.D’s engagements and communicate schedule on daily basis
• Correspondence between factories & Head office through letters & emails
• Follow up with dept. for M.D’s personal & official expenses
• Prepare M.D’s expense payments vouchers
• Handle M.D’s and his family travel arrangement and its documentation
• Visa Processing
• Ticketing & Hotel Arrangement
• Responsible for organizing in House events
• Arrange accommodation & other arrangement for Company’s Local / Foreign visitors

The position require schedule, calls, handling, correspondence, draft, documents, filling, basis, head, office, personal, expenses, payments, vouchers, travel, documentation, visa processing, ticketing, hotel, organizing, house, events, accommodation, local mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 35k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
