Description

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support and manage a wide range of executive tasks to ensure the CEO's day-to-day activities run smoothly. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential files and records. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the CEO.

Project Assistance: Support the CEO with special projects, providing research, analysis, and coordination as needed. Assist in the implementation of initiatives and track project progress.

Education:

Business in Administration/Management/commerce or a closely related field

Experience:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred. Experience as a Personal Assistant to senior executives or in a similar high-level role is highly desirable.

Work Location : On-site.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 85k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
