Description

Company: US-Based Company (Back Office Operations)

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
• Monitor discrepancies in payments and record credit card charges and returns
• Organize and maintain an easily accessible financial filing system
• Prepare basic accounting and financial reports for senior management
• Track payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns
• Communicate with clients regarding payments, refunds, and statements
• Ensure timely delivery of financial statements to clients
• Verify accuracy of financial statements and final figures
• Assist in balancing departmental or office budgets
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
