Description
A well-reputed organization is looking for efficient & energetic profiles of "Warehouse Executive" for its Supply chain & Procurement Department. The role of “Warehouse Executive” performs Inventory management/control related duties at the professional level to provide excellent support to the Supply Chain Department in assigned areas including but not limited to: inventory management, liaison with stakeholders, inventory control systems, products' storage systems, Products' dispatching, Database, etc.
Education:
Bachelors/Masters in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent degree in the relevant field of study.
Experience:
- years of hands-on warehouse management experience
Required Skills:
o Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
o Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
o Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
o Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
o Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
o Planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of stock
o Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
o People management skills, including the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of people, delegate work and explain ideas
o Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
o Strong analytical skills
o Accuracy and attention to detail
o Initiative and decisiveness
o Technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets
