About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to assist in managing and scaling our Walmart

wholesale business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Walmart Marketplace,

sourcing wholesale products, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing listings for performance.

You’ll be responsible for identifying profitable opportunities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,

and helping drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Research and source profitable wholesale products to sell on Walmart Marketplace

• Communicate with suppliers, brands, and distributors to establish partnerships

• Evaluate product performance using different tools.

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Walmart Marketplace

• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and sales performance

• Handle purchase orders, shipments, and restocking

• Ensure compliance with Walmart’s policies and performance metrics

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities

• Prepare weekly reports on sales, inventory, and profits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in e-commerce (Walmart, Amazon, or similar platforms)

• Knowledge of wholesale sourcing and product research tools

• Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace Seller Center

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

This is a Full-Time night shift job.
