Description

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing Content and Visual Designer Specialist to enhance our brand presence and ensure smooth service delivery.

This role is dynamic and hands-on, making it ideal for someone tech-savvy, highly organised, and confident in managing multiple projects across various platforms. You will need to strike a balance between creativity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.
As part of our creative team, you will help bring our mission to life and expand our impact through compelling visual storytelling. You will be the driving force behind our visual identity.

Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and real estate trends.
• Design and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise the performance of advertising campaigns.
• Assist in creating landing pages and digital lead funnels.
• Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring consistent communication with prospects.
• Produce digital assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategies.
• Prepare marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
• Designing eye-catching graphics.
• - Creating short-form, platform-specific video content for channels such as Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• - Selecting high-quality photography and video, along with editing and producing content that resonates meaningfully with our clients and broader audience.

Qualification & Experience
• + years of experience in digital marketing or virtual assistant roles, including social media or content creation.
• Confidence in filming and editing short-form videos.
• Strong English, communication, writing and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with design software such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro (or similar tools).-
• A team player attitude with a willingness to grow.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
• A creative thinker with a passion for marketing, design, and digital storytelling.
• Self-directed, organised, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Desirable Skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, and associated platforms management.
• Certification in digital marketing, web design, or advertising platforms.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Understanding of SEO and content optimisation best practices with practical experience.
