Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Mid-Level Upwork Bidder to join our team and help scale our client base through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of service-based sales, excellent communication skills, and a track record of writing winning proposals.

As a bidder, you will be responsible for identifying relevant job opportunities, crafting persuasive proposals, managing client communication, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.

- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs.

- Develop tailored proposals to win projects.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Monitor and report on bidding performance and strategies for improvement.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate or higher qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require client, base, freelancing, platforms, solid, sales, communication skills, writing, proposals, communication, build, monitor, bidding, performance, verbal communication, industry, negotiation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 80k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
