Description

We are looking for a dynamic Upseller to grow revenue from our existing client base.

This is not a cold-calling or lead generation role.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned client accounts.

Build strong relationships with existing customers.

Identify business needs and recommend additional solutions.

Upsell website features and functionality upgrades.

Sell AI-powered solutions and automation services.

Promote digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and branding.

Cross-sell other products and services.

Conduct follow-ups and product presentations.

Achieve monthly upselling and revenue targets.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

– years of experience in sales, account management, or upselling.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Experience selling digital services is a strong advantage.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in client communication.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require dynamic, revenue, client, base, lead generation, business, website, solutions, automation, digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising, product, upselling, customer, sales, account management, communication, negotiation, selling, digital mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.
