Timing Night Shift: pm to am

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer cum Video Maker to join our team. This hybrid role requires expertise in crafting intuitive digital experiences and producing compelling visual content for marketing, product demos, and user education.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for clean, modern design, be proficient in user-centered design methodologies, and have hands-on experience creating promotional videos, animations, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate concepts into interactive experiences.

Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs.

Maintain and enhance design systems and UI kits.

Video & Motion Graphics:

Create high-quality videos for product demos, tutorials, marketing campaigns, and social media.

Develop storyboards and scripts in collaboration with the content and marketing teams.

Edit raw footage and add effects, graphics, animation, music, and voiceovers.

Stay updated on video trends, styles, and best practices.

Optimize video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

+ years of experience in UI/UX design and video creation.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Strong command of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles (a plus).

Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
