Innovative Solutions is hiring a UI/UX Design Lead.
Location: Karachi
Working Days: Monday – Friday.
Working Hours: AM – PM.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative visual designs, screen layouts, navigation systems, interaction models, visual prototypes, user interface elements, typography and colour palettes (and/or wireframes, user flows, personas and prototypes for UX).
• Create clean, effective, strategy-driven design solutions for both simple and complex user tasks.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user centred design process.
• Work in a rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount.
• Produce development-ready assets, delivering design annotations.
• Assist creative leads with additional production tasks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams, working with project management and engineering to implement designs into technology.
• Inspire a team of Designers and manage their career growth and trajectory.
• Create clean, effective, strategy-driven design solutions for both simple and complex user tasks.
Requirements:
• to years digital experience with focus on e-commerce, web, internet and/or mobile web application experience.
• Experience with digital content management systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software.
• Experience working with digital images (JPG, TIFF, GIF).
• Experience with A/B testing strongly preferred.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and creating alternate solutions.
• Ability to code using HTML/HTML and CSS.
• Ability to interact with cross functional partners.
• Experience collaborating and planning with agile teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and practical organizational planning.
• Understanding of user experience and interface design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your contributions to clean, effective and innovative visual design systems across devices.
• Expert knowledge of UI, UX and web standards and tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite and Keynote).
• You are curious and eager to try new tools like Webflow, Marvel, Framer, Figma, Principal, Hype and whatever comes next.
• Have worked with atomic and component-based design systems for enterprise CMS applications.
• Following established brand standards from UI elements to typography, colour palettes and photography.
• Develop innovative UI systems designs, screen layouts, navigation systems, interaction models, persona-based user flows, high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• An eye for trends in B B, B C and B E marketing.
• Understanding of digital product design principles, including mobile standards, systems design, and agile development methodologies.
• Work in a rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount.
• At least years’ experience in a client-facing lead role at an agency.
• A passion for design trends coupled with an open mind and appreciation for the variation in creative talent.
• You calmly tackle challenges but thrive on the energy of the team.
• Have the ability to work well cross-functionally with time and budget constraints.
• You leveraged your intellect and solid work ethic to earn a degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, interaction design or another relevant field of study.
Job Specification
Innovative Solutions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of UI/UX Design Lead in the field of Art/Creative in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 7 years of experience. The position require adobe photoshop, uiux designing, html, css, jquery mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 150k to 300k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
