Description

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and have a strong background in both UI and UX design.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.

- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Portfolio of design projects showcasing a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
