IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is looking for a truck dispatcher

Responsibilities:

►Receiving and assigning trucks and drivers to specific routes based on availability, destination, and urgency.

►Utilizing mapping software and knowledge of road networks to plan efficient routes.

►Maintaining constant communication with drivers and customers to provide updates and address any issues.

►Tracking the progress of trucks and shipments in real-time using tracking systems.

►Proactively identifying and resolving issues impacting timely delivery.

► Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

►Promptly addressing inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and resolving customer issues.

►Working closely with other dispatch team members to ensure smooth operations.

►Responding promptly to emergencies and coordinating with emergency services.

►Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback for implementing changes.

You must have following qualities:

Capable of capturing customer attention and satisfaction.

Time management and duty adherence.

Use of professional, positive language.

Skills:

. They need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

. Ability to prioritize task and management.

Salary: Up to RS. , per month.

Location: Bahria Town-Lahore.

Timings: : PM till : AM

Experienced dispatchers are required.

Minimum One year experience.

Dedicated freshers can also apply.

No part-time and no short-term job available.

Pick and Drop service available within Bahria or nearby.
