Description

Location: Barkat Market, Lahore

Shift Timing: : PM till : AM
Salary: RS , . - RS , . per month

We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone.
A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

Responsibilities:
• Handel in-bound and out-bound calls.
• Manage and resolve customer complaint.
• Identify and escalate priority issue.
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Negotiating with customers and making sales.

Requirements and skills:
• Minimum year proven experience as telesales representative.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software).
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to address issues and complaints.

OceanTech Global BPO is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of TELESALES Representative in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require market, timing, telesales, representative, sales, telephone, communication skills, sales ability, inbound, outbound, calls, customer, issue, system, communication, procedures, policies, phone, computer, software, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, complaints mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
