We are looking for a resource having strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA based project.

Brief Job description are as follows:

Managing outbound calls.

Managing bulk telesales calls related to medical insurance and generate valid leads.

Making sure every inquiry is catered properly; working in supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.

Keep records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork and other files.

NOTE:

Job timing is Pm to Am with Saturday and Sunday off.

Candidates must have fluency in spoken and writing English.

The mentioned salary is exclusive of sales commissions.
