You will be responsible for B B selling our video production services to our clients.
We are an LA-based video production company providing our clients with high-quality, cinematic, and creative videos that helps them generate more qualified leads and grow their revenue.
In this role, You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers from the first contact until you close the deal. You will be working directly with the CEO.
This is a Lead Marketing oriented role with a strong focus on Outbound Prospecting & Lead generation to drive new business opportunities with clients in the US.
Develop Leads into prospective customers and grow Pencil’s sales pipeline and closed business.
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, Telesales, Demand Generation, Customer Service. - Must have - years of similar experience
- Preferably previous experience in Media or Creative industry
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Confident and professional phone and email communication with a Fluent English language
- Strong marketing/sales orientation and focus with the ability to attract and serve new customers.
- Experience in using Linkedin Sales Navigator and Hubspot CRM (Preferred)
- Fun and energetic personality
- Have an Aggressive marketing/sales presence/orientation
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated professional
- Solid and tenacious work ethic with a willingness to do whatever is needed to successfully drive Lead & Demand Generation activities for Design fusion

- Make daily outbound calls to prospects.
- Establish and grow relationships with customers
- Close deals and meet individual sales goals
- Log and track all prospecting activity in the CRM system
