Description

Allied Industrial seeks a Mechanical Engineer–Sales Person with to years of experience to join our team. This role requires an individual skilled in technical product knowledge, customer relationship management, and project management. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients and the company, providing accurate product information, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process. Strong communication skills in English are essential to effectively address customer inquiries and contribute to building long-term client relationships.


While this position does not involve managing a team, it demands strong organizational capabilities and the ability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently. The role also involves coordinating with local suppliers and customers by phone, email, and messaging to place orders and collect parts as needed. The Mechanical Engineer–Sales Person supports general office activities by maintaining clear and organized records and contributing to a collaborative workplace environment.

The candidate will receive necessary training to enhance job performance and stay updated on technical product specifications and company procedures. Responsibilities

Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow in the sales department.

Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and messaging to respond promptly and accurately to inquiries.

Provide detailed and precise product knowledge related to technical product specifications to support purchasing decisions.

Prepare, generate, and send accurate quotes and invoices to clients in a timely manner.

Follow up systematically with clients and suppliers to maintain ongoing communications and resolve any pending issues.

Place orders efficiently with local Australian suppliers to secure necessary parts and materials.

Organize and collect parts from local businesses promptly as required by project demands or client requests.

Maintain clear, organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and supplier transactions to support operational transparency.

Support general office operations to facilitate effective team functioning and customer service delivery.

Participate in training opportunities to upgrade skills and improve overall job performance.

Job Specification

Allied Industrial Supplies is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Technical Sales Specialist (engineering sector) in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have masters of mechanical enginering qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require mechanical engineer, sales person, technical sales, product knowledge, customer relationship, management, project management, communication in english, sales, customer-support, client, local product arrangement, email, customer service mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 75k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
