Rainsoft Financials is urgently looking for a results-orientated, high caliber, and creative Technical Recruiter to help our recruitment department in hiring technical resources. He/she will be responsible for recruiting process for all staff openings and manage multiple competing priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment. He/she will be responsible for job posting, phone screening, interview scheduling, employee on-boarding, employer branding, applicants’ database management, and provide other support, as needed. A quick learner who takes on new challenges with a positive approach would be the best fit for this role.

Candidate Must Have:
• At least five years of proven experience in IT recruitment in leading companies
• Extensive expertise in human resource management, recruiting operations, and administrative operations.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field (Masters is plus).
• In-depth knowledge of human resources management, HR principles, and recruiting & selection.
• Extensive experience in shortlisting and hiring software professionals for different positions
• Strong LinkedIn profile with good connections list with top technical resources from Pakistan
• Able to work with a team and perform various administrative tasks of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Skills in web-based tools i.e. social media job boards and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills with proven expertise to plan and manage various tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Advance computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, teamwork, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Fast learner with creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
