Description

A Project Coordinator is a professional who is involved in the day-to-day operations of the projects to which they are assigned. They organize and communicate details about a specific assignment or task, acting as a liaison between team members and managers.

• Identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives in collaboration with management and clients. that are in line with organizational objectives
• Break down projects into manageable steps and set deadlines.
• Assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members, based on individual strengths and abilities and help them with scheduling.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Make sure that clients needs are met as the project evolves
• Determining project changes.
• Keep track of the project's progress and deal with any issues that arise.
• Make and keep detailed project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure that standards and requirements are met.

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Clickup, Trello etc.)
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in relevant field
• Professional certifications
