Job Title: Business Development Officer (Corporate & Retail Leads)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED , – , (Based on experience) + incentives

Languages: Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus

Synergic training is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Officer to drive both corporate and retails leads for our training programs and consultancy services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of one of the UAE’s trusted training institutes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new corporate clients for training and consultancy services.

• Craft and present tailored business proposals that address corporate training needs.

• Promote the institute’s training offerings to attract both individual and institutional clients.

• Generate retail/student leads through direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.

• Promote our training programs and get the leads

• Develop and maintain strong pipelines via inbound and outbound strategies.

• Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into enrollments.

• Assist in planning open days and student engagement activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of - years of experience in lead generation and business development within the training and education sector.

• Proven success in lead generation and sales strategy execution in international markets.

• Strong background in B B sales, corporate partnerships and leads.

• Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies, preferably in international or GCC markets.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.

• Deep understanding of training needs and the ability to align solutions accordingly.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
