Description
Globright Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on EV professional with experience in electric bike assembly and strong practical knowledge of batteries, motors, controllers, wiring, troubleshooting, and quality control.
- Assemble complete electric bikes and ensure correct integration of mechanical and electrical systems (battery, motor, controller, wiring, and accessories).
- Select and verify compatibility of key EV components including battery, motor, controller, charger, and BMS.
- Conduct troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and performance testing to ensure optimal bike operation (speed, range, torque, efficiency).
- Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with EV standards including battery safety and thermal protection.
- Support production improvements, coordinate with vendors, and maintain technical documentation and assembly records.

The ideal candidate should have electrical/mechanical engineering qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require professional, assembly, motors, wiring, troubleshooting, quality control, technical engineer, mechanical engineering, integration, mechanical, battery, controller, accessories, components, diagnosis, performance testing, torque, safety, compliance, standards, thermal, protection, support, production, technical documentation, ell mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
