Description

We are looking for an Experienced, Dedicated and Passionate Team Lead Business Development who can meet the Monthly Sales Targets.

· Must have to years experience in online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH, etc

· Good expertise in getting quality leads for Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Desktop Applications Development, UI & UX, Designing and Digital Marketing.

· Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.

· Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, followup with the client and leads closure.

· Identifying client requirements, Communicate the requirements with a suitable person or team and deliver an accurate quote and solution to the client.

· Experience with interacting with clients in the US/ UK / Canada / Australia is a must.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

· Responsible to manage and keep all platforms in high ratings with good states.

· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to assist sales.

· Having the ability to make quick decisions in complex situations.

· Acquiring business through outbound calls & email campaigns.

· Responsible to achieve own and team targets.

An ideal incumbent must have:

- Minimum Bachelors's degree

- Must have hands-on experience in Software Sales.

- Should have a detailed understanding of IT and Software.

- Must be fluent in communicating in English.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require web development, mobile application development, desktop application development, ui designing, ux designing, digital marketing, writing proposals mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
