Rainsoft Financials is urgently looking for a results-orientated, high caliber, and creative Talent Acquisition Executive to help our recruitment department in hiring exceptional resources. He/she will be responsible for recruiting process for all staff openings and manage multiple competing priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment. He/she will be responsible for job posting, phone screening, interview scheduling, employee on-boarding, employer branding, applicants’ database management, and provide other support, as needed. A quick learner who takes on new challenges with a positive approach would be the best fit for this role.

This is a Full-Time evening shift job.
