Description
Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure timely deliveries of materials and goods.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess stock while ensuring availability of products when needed.
Logistics Management: Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses, and from warehouses to end customers, ensuring the smooth execution of logistics operations.
Process Optimization: Analyze and assess supply chain processes and implement improvements to reduce inefficiencies, costs, and lead times.
Demand Forecasting: Work with the sales and marketing teams to understand demand trends and align supply chain strategies accordingly.
Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, operations, finance, and customer service teams to meet business objectives.
Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on supply chain performance, including costs, inventory levels, delivery times, and supplier performance.
Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks or disruptions in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
Job Specification
Neon Chemicals is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Supply Chain Manager (Pharma Industry) in the field of Supply Chain in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have masters qualification and atleast 7 years of experience. The position require supply chain management, supply chain, vendor management, inventory management, logistics management, logistics operations mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
