Job description

To supervise the team on the field to execute and complete the tasks on time.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Telecom Background and experience of FTTH, GPON, OSP & ISP, etc.

· Experience with installation and configuration of CPEs devices.

· Responsible to lead the staff, supervise their daily activities and ensure all the tasks are completed as per the schedule.

· Expert in handling performance-related staff issues.

· Ability to interpret and communicate project plans and standards to support staff, technicians, management, and customers.

· Work closely with technicians and coordinators to review their performance and provide guidance.

· To ensure work is completed as per the project requirements.

· Timely reporting to management about the daily progress and activity of staff.

· Strong communication and reporting skills.

Desired profile to have;

Education: BE Degree/Diploma.

Experience: + Years in the same role.

Salary Range & Other benefits: Rs. - /- per month + Accommodation, transportation, and Medical & life insurance.
