Growth & Content Lead Social Media Content Creator, Publisher Clean Beauty Brand
We’re building a fast-growing clean beauty brand focused on real results, not hype.
We need someone who understands what makes content go viral, drives sales, not just engagement and can turn everyday customer videos into sales.
This is not a traditional “social media manager” role.
You will own content output, test what works, and directly impact revenue.
What you’ll do:
. Content Production
Create and publish – pieces of content
Manage and turn customer videos into high-performing reels, Identify viral patterns and scale them
Maintain consistent posting schedule
Work closely with sales to improve conversions
Write and Ensure each video follows:
Hook → Problem → Product → Result → CTA
. UGC Management
Source customer videos
Organize content library
Repurpose into multiple formats
. Performance Optimization
Track engagement and conversions
Identify top-performing formats
Scale winning content
. Ad Collaboration
Select high-performing content for ads
Work with paid campaigns (basic level)
. Cross-Functional Work
Align with sales team (WhatsApp insights)
Align with product team (feedback loop)
