Description

Import & Procurement:

Source and import HVAC equipment from international manufacturers and suppliers.

Handle customs clearance, documentation, and logistics.

Maintain relationships with global HVAC brands and negotiate pricing.

Sales & Business Development:

Market and sell HVAC equipment (e.g., chillers, VRF/VRV systems, split ACs, ducted systems, etc.) to commercial, industrial, and residential clients.

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and corporate clients.

Provide quotations, bids, and proposals for HVAC projects.

Supply Chain Management:

Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of HVAC equipment to clients.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to optimize stock levels.

Installation & Project Execution:

Oversee the installation of HVAC systems at client sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors for smooth execution.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during installations.

Technical Support & After-Sales Service:

Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for installed systems.

Offer warranty support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Keep track of industry trends and advancements to offer the latest solutions.

Financial & Contract Management:

Prepare and manage budgets for procurement, sales, and installations.

Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 50k to 70k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
