DataQ Health is looking for Senior Software Project Manager

Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to management and client about strategy, adjustments, and progress

o Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

o Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule

• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to identify areas for improvement

o Perform risk management to minimize project risks

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

• years of software project management and related experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

• Excellent analytical skills, leadership skills.

• Must have Big picture thinking and vision and attention to detail

• Conflict resolution skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Past experience in development is highly preferable

Skills

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven knowledge of software Agile development

• Strong knowledge of task management tools like JIRA, Clickup, etc.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
